Who we’re looking for
AI Research EngineerFull-time
What you’ll work on
- Research agentic and machine-learning methods for financial markets.
- Design experiments across signal discovery, model evaluation, and investment research.
- Turn promising ideas into robust prototypes that can be tested on market data.
- Work with systems engineers to move research toward reliable operation.
What we’re looking for
- A master’s degree or above in computer science, mathematics, financial engineering, physics, or a related STEM field.
- Excellent programming ability; strong performance in technical competitions is valued.
- A rigorous understanding of financial markets and methods such as factor models, momentum, and arbitrage.
- Experience applying AI, deep learning, or machine learning to finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, and Numba.
- Independent thinking, intellectual curiosity, and strong self-directed learning.
AI Systems EngineerFull-time
What you’ll work on
- Build historical data, backtesting, and real-time simulation systems.
- Develop trading execution modules and strategy-level risk controls.
- Support model versioning, automated training, deployment, and inference services, including ONNX or MLflow workflows.
- Operate and improve databases, data APIs, message queues, and container environments.
- Work with researchers to move strategies from research toward live deployment.
What we’re looking for
- A bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, information engineering, automation, or a related field.
- Strong Python skills and experience building reliable, modular software; C++ or Rust is a plus.
- Fluency with Linux and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Experience with ML deployment, MLOps, or production AI engineering is preferred.
